I know that it looks simple and ordinary but trust me, when you try it you'll change your mind.

  2.  When the dough is ready place it in a slightly greased bowl, cover it with kitchen towel and let it rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
  3. Meanwhile combine all of the ingredients for the tomato sauce in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. When the dough is ready divide it into 8 pieces. Roll them in a balls, wrap each of them in plastic foil and freeze the remaining for another batch.
  5.  On a flour – dusted surface, take a piece of the dough and roll it out into a rough circle about 0,5 cm thick.  When ready place your pizza on a baking paper.
  6.  Spread the tomato sauce out to the edges. Add the toppings and sprinkle the Vegan Basil Pesto on the top.
  7. Place the pizza in a preheated oven (250 C) and cook for 8 – 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
