"I Love Fall" TAG

Autumn seemed to arrive suddenly that year. The morning of the first September was crisp and golden as an apple.

I was tagged by the sweet Sana from www.sanasramblings.com to do "I love Fall" Tag and to share with you my favorite stuff about Fall. This is my first tag post so I am really excited and I believe it won't be my last. I want to make my blog more personal and I think that sharing my favorite things about Fall is a great start.

However, if you expect emerald greens, burgundy reds or deep oranges you will be disappointed. It’s not because I don’t like those colors. As a matter of fact, I love them.
But I still crave the summer so bad so I want to prolong it by adding a splash of colors (and nudes) in my gray rainy days.

So not your average Fall post for sure…

 1.     Favorite fall lip product?

Usually I wear deep reds and plumps for Fall but as I told you this year I wanted something different. So I went out to a shopping spree and picked Mega Matte by W7 Cosmetics in color Oddball. I think the color (deep pink) is great because is neither too bright or too dark and the matt finish makes it perfect for Fall. I’ll make a review of these lippies because I really like them and I think you should be introduced.

2.     Favorite drink for Fall?

This is my Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte. If you haven’t checked the recipe last year you can do it now. And don’t forget to let me know what do you think about it!

3.     Favorite Fall nail polish?

I don’t like dark nail polishes on my nails when they are short. So I picked this nude blush color called Sheer Pink, again by W7 Cosmetics and I think I like it! But I am not sure, yet. What do you think? The one thing that I don’t like is that it's too sheer (if I saw the name before buying it!) and I needed 3-4 coats to achieve the color. This is my first nail polish from W7 Cosmetics so I can’t say if all of their nail polishes are like that but I’ll keep you posted. On the bright side it dries really fast which is a big plus for me since I always manage to spoil my nail polish doesn’t matter how hard I try not to.

4.     Favorite Fall candle?

Without any doubts my favorite candle for Fall is Maple Pecan Plait by my brand Hygge Candles. I don’t want this to sound like bragging or something but since I’ve created these candles I think it is natural to have them as my favorite, right? And this candle smells like Fall, literally! Freshly baked pastry, roasted pecans, maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon! I got hungry... Just great!

5.     Haunted house, haunted hayride or haunted corn maze?

Well, I am not into all that haunted stuff. Plus, I am not sure that we have any of them here in Denmark. However, there are a lot of amusement parks and they have special programs for Halloween. Anyway, 3 years ago we went to Heide Park with my boyfriend in Soltau, Germany for Halloween. If I am not mistaken it is one of the biggest amusement parks in Europe.

And if it wasn’t freakishly cold it would be freakishly amazing! The whole park was decorated for Halloween - giant pumpkins, scarecrows, witches on their broomsticks and skeletons everywhere. Also the staff and many of the visitors were dressed with freaky costumes. And when the night fell, smoking machines started to make a fog-like smoke. There were scary noises and lights everywhere. Actors dressed as Zombie Brides, Freaky Butchers, Bloody Doctors and Evil Nurses were all around the place. They were staring at the visitors or chasing them around the rides. If you have the chance to go, just do it! It was amazing!

6.     Favorite scarf/accessory for Fall?

That will be my umbrella. You can't survive the Fall without umbrella in Denmark.I bought this one last year from Tiger so you won’t be able to find it now, I guess. But I love it! First, because I can fold it and carry it around in my bag without taking too much space and second, because those colors just brighten up my day instantly and make me wanna... Singing in the rain!

7.     Favorite candy?

Caramel Apples if we can count them as candies. Otherwise, I am not really into candies anymore. However, if you have any suggestions for Fall candies that are suitable for vegans I would be happy to try them. So, please share with me!

8.     Your favorite horror movie?

Hmm, as I said I am not into that haunted/horror stuff so I don't really have a favorite horror movie.

9.     Favorite blush for Fall?

That’s too much of a commitment I’d say.  Don’t make a girl to choose just one blush! Lately I’ve been using my blush palette from e.l.f. Studio 50 Piece Makeup Artist Palette. For the Fall season I am using pretty much all of them besides the pink ones. I really love this palette - it has colors for every skin tone.

10.  Favorite thing about Fall?

Should I pick just one? I don't think so! :)

Since this is a "tag post" I have to TAG as many bloggers as I want. So I tag all of you, Beauties! Can't wait to read your posts and to see what are your favorite things about Fall!
